REQUIEM FOR A MILKMAN

Dave Blood, bassist for the Dead Milkmen, has committed suicide.

The Dead Milkmen were one of my favorite groups when I was in college; their “Instant Club Hit (You’ll Dance To Anything)” was my introduction to them. I spun a couple tunes from their Metaphysical Graffiti album incessantly when I was a DJ on KAUR-FM in Sioux Falls, SD during college. RIP, Dave, the peace you never found here on Earth.
