Hey, don’t knock the NASL! I mean, TULSA had a professional soccer team. It later also had a USFL team for some inexplicable reason.

I don’t have all the Bloom County books, but I did acquire a few from a friend of mine who was throwing them out. I told him the other day what BC books were going for on EBay, and he started smacking himself in the head.

I actually liked Robin Hood. But the Rescuers was quite lame, and hasn’t aged well, either.

And I was smart enough to keep my Bloom County books…

And I was just warning my students just the other day that their day would come and 90s nostalgia will be all the rage.

I don’t however, long for the return of carpet that has to be raked.
