VIDEO UPDATE
Nothing on the Bradgate tornado yet, but there’s tons of footage from storms near Cedar Rapids, Iowa on the KCRG-TV site. (You’ll have to watch a commercial first–don’t gripe, it’s expensive to put video on the net.)
‘MAYBE 75 PERCENT OF THE TOWN IS GONE’
Bradgate, Iowa, not far from where I grew up, was hit very hard by a large tornado this evening. More information at KCCI-TV and the Des Moines Register. No pictures yet; I am efforting.
SIGNS IT’S TIME TO MOVE
Spencer, Iowa has been hit by softball-sized hail twice today.
WHAT IS IT WITH THE NBA?
No link yet, but CBS is reporting that an 18-year-old has been arrested for fatally stabbing his mother at a Houston-area home owned by Shaquille O’Neal.
