It is one thing to hire a coach like Meyer, who has experience as an assistant at a big-time program, but Boise is the biggest place that Hawkins has been.  (And before you look it up, both Koetter and Nutt were assistants elsewhere before going to Boise.)  Boise is a couple steps up from Sonoma State, but it is a whole staircase below Seattle.  I just think everything about a program like Washington might be too much for someone without that exposure to deal with on a first go around.</description>

					<description>If U$C wins another MNC, I would guess that Norm Chow would be more apt to leave to replace Meyer at Utah.  (Chow turned that down before.)  Washington is also hanging out there - good program but a big rebuilding job.  How about Mike Price making a return to the state?</description>
