SELF-ADMINISTERED DOPE SLAP

It’s one thing if you don’t know that you’ve sunk into depression. That can happen to anybody. But it’s something else entirely if you’ve been there before, and you’ve noticed that it seems to happen about the same time every year, and then that time comes up again, and you sink into it again, and you still don’t know that it’s happened.
