My standard, especially early in the season, is that really good teams don't get blown out. That's why I was one of the first BlogPoll voters to drop Iowa from my top 25, even though Iowa's my team. Auburn loses at home to GT and beats nobody else yet this year, but is ranked #21. GT beats 3 bowl teams from BCS conferences last year, but gets blown out by VT and is a "nobody" and out of the poll.
